Her work continued to develop and sell the jewelry until she had an idea to create an earring holder made of plastic. Then, to gauge the reaction of women those who she saw on the streets Greiner demonstrated the item to. In the end, she patented the idea and began selling it across various platforms online and offline. She added more items. Her work has produced and sold over 1000 successful products. She also holds over 120 US as well as International patents. Possessing sharp instincts and strong business sense, she can discern in seconds whether a product is a "hero or a nil" and has achieved 90% success in her business. She is a strong believer that "if you're lucky enough to have a chance, it's your responsibility to do something for others". Therefore, she donates to many charities every year.
